African Fashion, Music and Recognition Award
The Embassy of Zambia in Stockholm will be taking part in the 2019 Africa Cultural Festival organised by the Africa International Network (AI – TV) on 16th November, 2019.
This is an event being organised by the diaspora in Sweden composed of nationals from various African countries.
In view of this, the Embassy is inviting Zambians resident in Sweden to join in and help in show casing the Zambian story through food, artefacts, dress, music and other exhibitions at this event.
The Africa Cultural Festival, is an annual event which aims to celebrate multi-faceted character of Sweden’s African diaspora. Through a panel of adjudicators, it recognises Africans in Sweden who are engaged in exceptional humanitarian and various other activities in Africa. The event also serves as a platform from which to showcase Africa’s cultural diversity through cultural performances, art exhibitions, social networking, fun and entertainment for the Swedish-African diaspora.
